Denny’s with me & the boy didn’t happen last night because whatever sickness my dad got has been spread not only through our whole family, but Joshua got it as well. I used my freetime in the evening to take a nice long bath, set up my new humidifier and go to bed early. And guess what! I actually got sleep!! I went to sleep at 10:40pm and woke up at 9am! Huzzah! It has been so long since I’ve gone to bed early and woken up before 10am.

Work called this morning and wants me to work till 10pm tonight instead of 7pm. I don’t think so. I feel like shit dude. They’re lucky I’m not calling in sick. I’ve never called in to work sick, so I don’t want to break my record unless I am barfing up a lung or something.

Anyways, I have a rant. And yes it’s about MySpace. It’s about the people who use those layout generators to make their layouts. It’s an absolute insult to real web design coders. Why? Well real web design coders have actually made the effort to learn what the coding means. They know how everything works. If there was an error in their coding they would know how to fix the problem. Now the people who use those stupid generators simply copy & paste coding into their profile. They have no idea how it works or why putting stuff like that into their profile makes it work the way it does. And if they had an error in their coding (which most of them do and it’s so obvious!) they wouldn’t know what to do. But they think they’re all badass because they have a sparkly layout that they couldn’t come up with on their own. Not to mention it has the advertising for it in the corner.

It’s just so insulting to the people who have taken the time to learn the coding. It stinks that any dumbass can just copy and paste knowing nothing about it and thinking, “OMG I AM SO KICKASS!”
