Took Me Long Enough

Sorry it has been so long. Work has been tying me up like crazy. I’m not complaining because I love being kept busy to where it makes the week go by faster so I can spend my weekends having fun with Joshua. We had a great one this past weekend because I had no work! I was able to go to Tiffany’s lil dinner on Friday, go to the wedding on Saturday and just chill on Sunday.

So Friday after work I came over to Joshua’s house where I hung out with Tiffany until her two friends arrive. I basically hung out with the whole family until Joshua came home (he got off school @ 6pm instead of 8pm) and shortly after we went back to my house to go swimming and watch a few episodes of House.

Saturday morning Joshua & I took off in my car to his uncle’s wedding. Reason we took my car instead of his was because my air conditioner works and his doesn’t and it was like 100+ degrees outside. The wedding was beautiful and of course I cried. We went to the reception at this winery and hung out for awhile. I have a few photos taken from the reception too!

After the wedding Joshua & I went back to his house to change into cooler clothes and then we went down to Sunrise Mall so I could get Abby her birthday present and a few things I needed. We also went to Best Buy where I got an iPod adapter for my car stereo at only $50! This little baby allows me to play music from iPod directly from my stereo and the sound is clear! So long FM transmitter! We came back to Joshua’s house where we watched The Producers with the family.

Sunday was the usual where Joshua picked me up and we went to service and lunch with the family. We then came back to my house where Joshua spent the day putting my iPod adapter in and fixing my fog lights. Meanwhile I did major organizing and cleaning in my room. Towards the end of the day we went swimming, had dinner and watched two more episodes of House.

Today was back to work from 1:30-10:30pm. Nothing too exciting happened except a 10yo girl asked me to point her in the direction of string bikini underwear and was disappointed when she discovered that the next size down from a XXS in women’s was an XXL in girls and girls don’t have string bikini underwear. Also this Indian couple returned $70 worth of clearance items, all which were warm, moist, and smelled like this awful foot deodorant my sister used to use.

Tomorrow it’s work 2-11pm, Wednesday is 9am-6pm, Thursday is my day off but I have an appointment with my special dentist and hopefully a haircut appointment as well. Friday is work 6-10pm + boyfriend time, Satuday is work 1-8pm + boyfriend time, and Sunday is church + boyfriend time. Yayness!
