Today I learned that taking painkillers at the beginning of the day and at the end of the day is a great way to reduce muscle pain from lack of working out. I haven’t done any sufficient amount of exercising since my last full day of kickboxing in May, so I already knew I was going to be sore after today. In fact, because I stretched certain body parts I didn’t know were stretchable in Yoga yesterday, I was already feeling sore from that. Hopefully by the end of next week I won’t be hurting too bad. If I am, thank GOD for hotel hot tubs!

So I have a bit of a brainbuster for all my readers. I got a series of questions from my math teacher this evening and I’m going to post them for you to see how many you get correct. Guess as many as you can and I will post the answers later tomorrow!

Heheh, me too, they’re not all that hard once you think about the, although a couple did confuse me, either coz I’m not American (i.E what the heck’s a nickel, how much is it worth?), or I’m just not clever enough to figure it out, lol! :-P
