I got rained on today!

I had a rather scary but interesting experience this evening. I was on my way home and I got pulled over like a mile away from my house. The pig said he clocked me at 73mph in a 55mph zone, asked how fast I thought I was going in which I said 60, asked for my license & insurance, looked at it, took it over to his car, came back, handed me all my stuff, and then took off after telling me, “Drive safe. Have a good night.” I sat there in shock for a bit, and as I looked through my stuff I realized I got no ticket. Yeah, he didn’t give me a ticket. It was weird because I was clearly expecting to get one. I just hope they don’t mail it to me or something.

I decided to skip kickboxing so I could get some well needed ZZZs. If I hadn’t slept in, I would have started the day on only 7.5 hours of sleep therefore it affecting my attitude the rest of the day. Since our District Manager came to observe us at work today, it was a good thing I had a smile on my face. Plus, I felt that by getting an extra 2.5 hours of sleep I had more energy to get stuff done. I had to go back and forth to school in order to get a confirmation of enrollment letter to send off for my credit card application. I had all kinds of errands to run that by the time I got back up the hill, it was 6:30pm which left me just enough time to get some Starbucks and a new wallet since my old one ripped causing all my money to fall out. Yeah, no good. And then all that above happened with the cop so I’m like blehhhh!

Anyhoo tomorrow is Friday which equals good-ness. Can’t wait. Will update more tomorrow. Must get food and watch Gilmore Girls. New season starts in like less than two weeks. Eeep.
