The Friday Five ~
1. What TV show(s) do you find yourself watching the most?
House, Gilmore Girls, American Idol, and any other of my favorite old TV shows that I can get on Netflix.

2. What if any TV shows do you own on DVD?
I don’t own any, mainly because they are all so expensive and no one wants to even get them for me as gifts. However, the one TV show I want on DVD more than anything is the complete box set of Sex & the City.

3. Can you name your favorite TV show theme song?
Tee hee I like the “I Dream of Jeanie” theme song. It’s so jazzy and cute!

4. Have you ever been on TV and if so for what?
I personally have never been on TV but back when I was a senior in high school, our band/choir was put on TV because the charter bus company had screwed us over on our Heritage Festival Trip to Disneyland.

5. What is your favorite YouTube video?
I don’t have one. I don’t have the type of Internet that is essential to watching any type of YouTube video.

Whoops. Found out that my last entry was all a scam. Feeling retarded now. But what’s interesting is while those stories may be false, McDonald’s still has done nothing to convince customers otherwise that the play areas are being kept clean. Still, I’m going to keep my kids away from the ball pits.

I got stuck behind NSL (Neighborhood Slow Lady) yesterday. However, I got stuck behind her early so I was able to pass her and get to shcool time. Normally I get stuck behind her at a point where I can’t pass her, legally or illegally. Today I got lucky. I guess temporarily getting stuck behind her was my punishment for ditching two Thursdays of kickboxing, haha.

I had the trippiest thing happen to me the other night. Somehow or another, my promise ring ended up on my right ring finger instead of my left. I woke up around 4am, freaking out because I didn’t feel anything on my left, and I’m so used to feeling my ring there. I tried to get my ring off but because my ring finger on my right hand is bigger than my left, my ring got stuck. I finally got it off with some assistance from some hand lotion but because it got stuck pre-lotion I still have a sore mark on my finger. Still, it was really weird because I honestly don’t remember if I accidentally put my ring on the wrong finger after I got out of the shower or I subconsciously switched it during the night.

On Wednesday evening, I was at work running some go-backs when I noticed the most beautiful piece of clothing ever sitting on a t-stand in Women’s Collection. Glowing like an angel was a long creme-colored trench-coat-type jacket. It was long, beautiful, and totally inviting of winter. All I could imagine was me in that jacket with long dark pants and a pair of stilettos walking through central park on a windy day. To put it bluntly, I had a clothesgasm. For the rest of my shift, I confided to several people how beautiful the jacket was and it shall be mine. It’s my precious. I have become obsessed with it. BUT, because it is a $78 jacket and I can only get 20% off on it, I’ve successfully convinced Mom to get it for me for Christmas. Since Mormor sucks at gift giving, Mom buys stuff we want and has my grandparents give it to us (me & my sister). This jacket will be their present to me. Now all I need are sexy stiletto’s. Right, Joshua? ;)

Anyhoo, enough of my random rambling. Today is the one day I have to catch up on homework and actually study for my History mid-term. My teacher is going to choose one out of four essay questions to write about so I am practicing now by writing out my responses. They are tough SOBs, mainly because information on one question is scattered throughout several chapters making answering the questions hard to find. Man, I can’t wait till I am actually done with all this schooling BS.

I need to get back to said studying so I shall end my brain-break here. Happy Friday!
