So far my vacation down in Southern California has been a lot of fun. Tuesday morning I got dropped off at the airport by my dad around 10:30am and hung around until 1:35pm after my flight being delayed an hour. The take off was a little bumpy and the trip was kind of boring because we mainly flew through fog/clouds. It wasn’t until we got into LA that the view was breathtaking, especially after circling over the ocean.
Joshua was there to meet me at the baggage claim area and before I knew it we met up with the rest of the family at Universal Studios. I was a little disappointed in Universal, mainly because my favorite attraction, the ET ride, was no longer there. I still managed to have fun with Joshua, especially when we went on the “Back to the Future” ride. After a little shopping at the Universal Citiwalk, Joshua & I went over to his Aunt & Uncle’s house to stay the night.
Wednesday morning we packed up and headed to Disneyland. I had a lot of fun there, especially getting to see the park in its Christmas attire. The lines were crazy even though the park didn’t seem as busy the last time we were there. I was really tired so we didn’t stay for the Christmas fireworks show, however I did see it from the freeway on the way home.
Thursday through today has been a bit of a blur, mainly because I have been spending so much time with Joshua. Staying with him at his apartment has been like a crash course of living together and it has been wonderful. When he hasn’t been at work, we’ve spent the whole time together enjoying each other’s company, going shopping, and eating out. While at work, I’ve just been hanging out at his place watching tv and going on the computer. Sadly I only have two nights left and then I leave to go home. The good news there is only one month left of all this and soon we’ll be living together. I cannot wait!
Life feels kind of weird right now mainly because I am in between the life I have always lived and the new one I am about to begin. It’ll be interesting to see how things turn out …

Lol! Sounds like your life is fun! Who goes to Disneyland twice in one year…you do! Lucky sod! 8)
I’ve never been to Universal Studios, but it sounds very cool, particularly because I’m a 19 year old kid!
Oh, when’s your birthday? I want to add it to my list so I remember it :cheerful:
Lol, apparently you’re online now too :D
They’re like avatars, only they go at the end of the post. I don’t use them very often, but I know a lot of people do.
You should go to Knott’s Berry Farm and Magic Mountain next time you’re down here. They have some pretty sweet rides.
Hope you enjoy the rest of your trip!
