Important WordPress security notice!

For those of you running WordPress and haven’t heard already, upgrade to 2.1.2!!

Long story short: If you downloaded WordPress 2.1.1 within the past 3-4 days, your files may include a security exploit that was added by a cracker, and you should upgrade all of your files to 2.1.2 immediately. – WordPress.org

Thank goodness for Dreamhost’s One-Click Installations, which install certain programs with – aha! – one click, and allow you to upgrade to the latest version as well. Needless to say as soon as I discovered the security issue via Melissa’s blog – her entry is quite funny – I immediately upgraded.

    That’s good to know.

    Also, randomly, I had a dream last night and you were in it! I was at this weird hotel giving tours of it and you were with a group of people that included some old friends from high school. It was really weird.
