The picture used is the promotional image that I snagged via Wikipedia. I thought it was just awesome so of course, LAYOUT! :D
I’ve been pretty busy the last few days. Over the weekend, Joshua and I went back home to visit with family for Easter. The whole time I felt like a broken record because I did nothing but talk about the state of my house. Not to mention people were constantly reminding me, “Just remember that Rome wasn’t built in a day.” I really dislike the inventor of that saying.
While the next step in the long line of projects for our house was suppose to be carpet, we discovered it’ll be three weeks before we get it. The fact they (Home Depot) has to order it from Georgia or somewheres is the main reason for it taking so long. While we’re waiting for the carpet, we’ll start on the kitchen, which I am extremely excited about!
I jacked my family’s good digi camera while visiting so I was able to take quality pictures of my house so you can see the extent of damage and disgust I have to live with.
I was embarrassed to take these pictures in all honesty. My dad wanted to see pictures though, so I figured since I complain about the mess all the time I might as well post them here.
Comcast is due anytime now to do some cable work and I have more tweaking on the site to do. Ciao!

All the pics of your house are cool, I can see it’s going to be so cute once you fix it up! The pink of the bathroom walls is almost the exact colour of my bathroom, only slightly less orangey, though I guess it’s hard to tell from a photo.
When I first saw that photo of Izzie on the laundry hamper, I thought she was in the sink!?
Your bed is gorgeous, I love the red and black, and, strangely, the colour of the kitchen cabinets! (And by that I mean I love it as a colour, possibly not as cabinets!)
Heheh, Bella has a really furry tail! She’s like my cousin’s cat, only I’m hoping she doesn’t run over to strangers and attack them and gnaw their ankles like Gracie does!

I just went and looked at all those pictures, wow! That’s a lot of stuff to do but I can totally sense your excitement and I don’t blame you! Those pictures epitomize exactly what I want right now!
And not necessarily a house…just the life.

As for the map thing…I saw that on the Q*Bee BBS, LOL LOL, that is SO classic! XD Speaking of the Q*Bee, GRATS again on being a workerbee YAY YAY, so exciting! :D Whee!
