Now that Chris left, all my favorite contestants are the only ones left on American Idol. Now it’s just may the best person win. Still, in the next coming weeks I will be very sad to see who goes, but at the same time I cannot wait to see who is the next American Idol just because I love them all.

Yesterday I felt like I got a good deal accomplished. I went over to my grandparents house to have lunch with them and went to Home Depot with my grandpa to buy paint for the kitchen and bathroom walls. I got some cleaning supplies at OSH and I got gas at the local gas station for $3.37/gallon RIGHT before it went up a bloody 10 cents! After Joshua came home we went back to Home Depot to get the rest of the base boarding and trim, and then we went to IKEA!

Despite the big accident that happened, Joshua & I still managed to make it over to IKEA last night with no problems in traffic whatsoever. In the parking garage we were able to see the part of the bridge that completely collapsed. It was kinda cool. After making a return, we got the sideboard, a lamp, and light bulbs. I totally love how the light bulbs cost more than the lamp itself but I guess that’s the way things go. All I can say is they better be damn good bulbs!

Aside from prepping the house, my big task I have to do today is go over to College of Marin to set up an appointment with a counselor to figure out what classes I need to take to be able to fully transfer over to Dominican University. I must admit I am a little nervous, just because I was so comfortable at FLC; going to a new school where I don’t know a single person is quite scary. The other part of me is flat out sick of school and wishes I could just quit right now and forever work at Old Navy. With everyone getting on my case about how I have to stay in school and get a good profession, it’s just something I need to get over and done with. I just wish I wasn’t so scared.

At least Mormor is like, “Take all your classes and take Yoga!”
