The Friday Five ~
1. Do you download music not from the popular genres of Top 40, pop, rock, rap, dance, R&B, or country?
For the most part yes. I have a wide variety of music and most of it is movie scores and the like. People who know me know that what’s ‘in’ is not what I listen to necessarily.

2. Are there any musicians for whom you’ve downloaded a significant amount of their material yet own few or none of their albums?
That would have to be ColdPlay. I’ve downloaded many songs by them but I don’t own a single album of theirs. You would think I would considering most of the music I have is from their most recent album. Ah well.

3. Have you ever enjoyed a downloaded album so much that you went and bought the physical album?
No. Depsite how much I use iTunes, I haven’t downloaded an entire album. If I want the album, I get the hard copy.

4. How many different ways of playing music do you own (such as radio, stereo system, computer, Walkman/Discman, mp3 player, mp3-ready phone, etc.)?
All of the above. I am a music love so of course I have my variety. My main music played is Galinda my iPod who either gets played via an adapter through my car or through a special jack connected to my kickass stereo.

5. Do you still have and/or play a favorite vinyl album, cassette tape, or 8-track tape?
I have a few favorite cassettes but as we all know they are shit so naturally they don’t work any more. *sadness*

I just want to say that I love MySpace simply because this morning I got a message from the girl who I considered my best friend since day one of kindergarten through 5th grade. We shared some good times like sucking our thumbs, watching Beetlejuice, and playing horsies. Man the memories!!

I’m starting to read Potter again and it’s giving me warm fuzzies. I love getting that feeling from reading a good book! … or six, haha.

I didn’t even know the friday five was still around, I thought the site closed down. It’s always nice finding old friends.

I have never really gotten into the friday five, but maybe some day I will. LOL. It was around years and years ago when I first started web designing….crazy. Too bad the person who invented isn’t getting a profit! ;) I listen to the Harry Potter book tapes every night before bed. I start at book 1 and go through to 6 and over again. I have been doing that for 3 years and haven’t gotten sick of them yet ! *knock on wood*

I’ve never heard of the friday five before, but I took a look at it and it looks live something I can get into. Fridays are usually lazy days, so it’s nice to have something to blog about. I’m not a big MySpace person, but it’s always fun to meet up with new friends. I’m just about to restart the Harry Potter series, and I know exactly what you’re talking about. Everytime I pick up those book I feel all excited inside. All warm and fuzzy. :)

MySpace is great for looking up old flames and friends and even frenemies! Sadly, the few elementary school friends I looked up never bothered to get back to me. :(
