Sorry for the lack of updates. As most of you know, I was away camping over the weekend and since I got back it has been nothing but busy for me.

Camping was such a blast for me! I have never been camping before so this was a great first-time experience. It was great just hanging out with my buddies around the campfire while eating great food. Plus I got to meet a few new people as well as spend time with my two favorite people in the world. I definitely want to go camping more often.

Although we came home on Sunday and I had Monday off, I’ve been spending me week deep cleaning the house. It started out with me wanting to just get the fireplace cleaned, which turned out to be a two day nightmare, and then ended with my cleaning the entire house. I got frames for my posters, as well as a nice mirror to go above the hearth in the living room. Pictures will be posted soon. Needless to say that when I went to work last night I was very happy to come home afterwards to a clean home.

A little tweak to my week was when Mormor decided to call me (or I should say Morfar called me but Mormor was calling the shots in the call eventually taking over) to let me know that she was annoyed because several months ago we got rid of a BROKEN vacuum. Apparently she wanted to use the brushes from it (hers weren’t good enough or something) to clean their grand piano. So because I don’t the have the brushes she felt the need to call me to say that “Morfar is annoyed” without any solution. What’s ridiculous about this was she flipped out on me when I asked her to put Morfar back on the phone in response to her “Morfar is annoyed” statements. I hung up on her, and when I came over an hour later to make peace it was like nothing had ever happened. Yeesh.

And then… they called me up around 9pm to ask me if I wanted pears. God, their randomness!

I start school in less than two weeks, and I kinda have mixed feelings about it. Part of me is excited because I’m getting back into Yoga and it’s a new school. The other part of me likes just working and coming home to the house as opposed to having studying/homework to do. We shall see how things play out.

I’m working on a new layout as well as a serious upgrade on my QBee Quilt!

I know, it’s awful and I wish I didn’t get into that habit of only commenting when I update. Ireally really really will start to comment regularly beause I feel bad when I only comment now and again. =[
Aw sounds like you had an aweosme time camping. I’ve not been in so long, I feel inspired to go this summer now!

Also, when you hover over my name and it shows a snapshot of my layout, is that how it appears to you in your browser? Because I only test mine in IE and it’s not meant to look so “gappy” if you get me? XD

Whoa, you only went camping for the first time? I think my first time was when I was 1 month old. LOL. We go camping, at the very least, once a year. It’s great! I sure hope you get to go again and more often because it’s totally awesome eh?! ;)
