The Friday Five ~
1. What is your favorite experience in your life so far?
The experience of being in a long-term committed relationship for 3+ years.

2. What motivates you to keep going every day?
The fact that life is going to get better and more interesting.

3. Where do you want to go in life? What do you want to accomplish?
I wish I knew where it was I wanted to go in life. College and appeasing relatives would be a lot easier! The one thing I want to accomplish is to be able to raise my offspring as good as my mother.

4. Is there anything that you regret? Do you try to change it?
Sure I regret a lot of things, but you can’t always change to past.

5. What is your most cherished gift you have received? Why do you cherish it so much?
My promise ring. It’s a true token of love that someone has for me.

Happy Black Friday! Today is known as the shoppers-gone-mad-day-for-crazy-sales day and the official start of the Christmas season. I was at work today from 8am-5pm, which was not a bad shift at all considering the store opened at 5am and associates were there as early as 3am. I’d have to say that the cashmere sweaters were our best doorbusters since they were regularly $69.50 and on sale for $40! Jeans were $14.75 so I snagged several pairs. We definitely had our share of cranky stupid people but it made the day go by fast.

My Thanksgiving was a good one too. The lack of family drama made it good. Dropped by Joshua’s house in the morning to watch their annual football game. Went to my uncle’s house for the actual Thanksgiving dinner. Got home about 10:15pm to a freezing cold house and we were in bed by 11pm.

Tomorrow I work 11am-8pm so at least I get to sleep in somewhat. I’m heading to bed now so I can enjoy sleep while I still can!
