Grrr…
Written on Monday, February 11th, 2008 @ 4:46pm

I really hate it when people come to my door and make me feel guilty because I am not contributing to fundraisers and such. You know what? I am a full-time student and part-time worker barely making $200 a paycheck. I have bills to pay and excuse the hell out of me if I don’t want to buy magazines/books or other junk I don’t need. If I say no thanks they don’t have to be so rude about it. Sheesh. I need to stop answering my door.

I completely agree with you. When I have more money in the future to be giving away, I’ll be glad to do so, but for now, I’ve got bills to pay.

I know exactly what you mean. Those people are so annoying. You need a peephole in your door!

Wow, somebody did that?! That’s so rude…and they probably wonder why they can’t get anyone to donate to their charity. *rolls eyes*

No one ever comes to my door, but I feel the same way about rude street people who ask me for change. I’ve been living on my own and working full time since i was 17! They have no excuse at all. It’s where they choose to be.
