No Buyer’s Remorse!

Yesterday morning I was running late for my weight training class because Galinda was taking her sweet time synching the updates from my library. So I decided to skip weight training and go for a walk, which worked out well since Josh forgot to send the mail out. I walked down to the nearest mailbox, and then I walked all the way down the other side of the bike path. I came home and then spent 30 minutes with Billy Blanks doing Tae Bo. Since I’ve done kickboxing before, I guess that’s why I feel like I didn’t get much of a workout; however my body said differently this morning! I am sore! I think I am going to try do this video more often in addition to my weight training. Every little bit helps!

I’ve been having a lot of fun on Flickr lately uploading all my old photos from high school. So far I have pictures from graduation, school dances, senior portraits, and older pics of Joshua and I. I’m stoked that I found this widget to help me with the dates for these photos so it doesn’t screw up my photostream. It has been such a big help, especially since I have plenty more photos to upload!

To end this entry, I’m sharing today’s indulgence…

new coach purse

Yup, I finally gave in and bought one. It better last me a LONG time!

I added you! It actually wasn’t as much as I expected it to be. The purse, cleaners, and mini skinny came to $460, which I could have easily spent on a handbag alone.

I started doing Tae Bo in my frosh year of high school. I loved it ever since, and it’s the only exercise that has proven to help me shed pounds!

Heheh, my iPod is as yet unnamed, lol. I did think of you though, when I bought it, and wondered whether I should give mine a name, although I don’t normally give appliances names!
I know what you mean though, sometimes syncing takes SOOO long. I’ve been finding out all sorts of new, iPod related things lately, hahah!
I really like your new bag, it’s very stylish. Personally I’m not a handbag girl (tote bags and bigger bags seem to suit me better, especially for uni and rehearsal etc), but the Coach one is pretty cool.
I’ve never done Tae Bo, or any kind of stuff like that…maybe it ought to be on my list of Things to do Before I Die. :P

@Holly: You gotta name your iPod! Apple has a neat way of allowing you to name your products. It made me name both my iPod and AppleTV, hehe. Check out iLounge.com. It has some great resources and articles. It has been my life saver a few times.

I used to be a big bag girl, but I can’t anymore. The bigger a purse, the more stuff I put in it, and I strain my shoulder in the long run. But this purse I got can go both ways (in hand and on shoulder).

As I told Christine above, I love Tae Bo/Kickboxing. You gain strength, burn fat, and learn self defense all in one. Definitely give it a try. Does your uni have a class by chance?
