In the words of Smelly, “AMERICA FINALLY GOT IT RIGHT!” Christy Lee Cook finally went home. Thank gawd! I’ve hated her since she turned “Eight Days A Week” into a country song. Evil!

Thanks to what I am assuming to be allergies, I got a wee bit of acute pink eye in both of my eyes. It started last night when I crawled into bed, and my eye lids felt like there was sandpaper underneath them. I rubbed my eyes which didn’t help, and then I went to wash my face which seemed to help a little. I hoped it would be gone by this morning, but it wasn’t. Thank goodness I was able to find an OTC eyedrop specifically for pink eye, because I really don’t want to have to go to the doctor just to get eyedrops.

So far it seems to be working. The only think I’m bummed out about is having to throw away my new mascara and my eyeliner; however it has given me the opportunity to clean and sanitize my make-up brushes, something I’ve been needing to do for awhile.
