Whatever Will Be

Looks like it’s that time of year when the heater is retired, the AC is brought in, and racy unmentionables are hung outside to dry. Yep, it’s gettin’ HAWT OUT! Today it reached my limit of hotness I’m comfortable with so I had Joshua set the AC up (ours goes in the window) since the weather forecast is predicting hot and hotter the rest of this week.

I’ve talked to a lot of people about my job situation and basically there’s no harm in going to an interview. Besides as my dad said, “You don’t have the job yet.” I definitely have some questions, such as their policy on availability changes, and whether or not they have call-in shifts. Also my 3-day-a-week availability is probably going to be a problem, but I can’t help it with school. You know, either way I won’t be disappointed. So we’ll see what happens!

GAH! I’m so jealous of your hot weather! *sulks*
I hope the interview goes well, and you’re able to figure something out. :)

It has been hot here, very hot. I wonder what the actual summer will be like. :S

I know what you feel. It is ranging in between 70F and 80F where I live & tome 80F is too hot for me. I just wish we had air conditioning. But we don’t so we survive with fans in the summer.

Good luck, my dear! :hah:

And GAH about the hotness. It hasn’t been too bad here but there’s some weird war going on in the office where someone turns the damn A/C up to like 75 and we all sweat buckets in our department until we sneakily turn it down to 65! XD
