The Friday Five ~
1. Did you get an allowance as a kid, and if so, how much was it?
Hah, yeah I got $5 a week for cleaning the dishes every evening. Now, I make Joshua do it!
2. How old were you when you had your first job, and what was it?
I was 17 and my very first job was working at McDonald’s. It’s also where I met Joshua.
3. Which do you do better: save money or spend money?
Ugh spend money. I’m really trying to work on that now that I’m not working.
4. Are people more likely to borrow money from you, or are you more likely to borrow from them?
People are more likely to borrow money from me. While I may be a spender, I’m pretty good about saving too, so I always have money in case of emergency.
5. What’s the most expensive thing you’ve ever bought?
As of right now my Coach purse with my iPod coming in at a close second.

This week has been a nightmare with the heat. The only time I can get things done is early in the morning until 9:30am or after 5pm. Other than that it’s too hot to do anything. Not to mention my cats are pissed off at me because I’ve kept them inside most of the week thanks to the heat. It has also been a pain trying to keep my house cool during the day. I have the AC on in the bedroom, a fan going in the living room, and two fans in the kitchen; however my house is poorly insulated so I can literally feel the heat coming through the windows. Ergh.
Today after Joshua is done with work we’re heading on up to Pville for the weekend. Tomorrow I’m going bike shopping and to the El Dorado County Fair. Sunday I am heading back down here with my family to spend Father’s Day at my grandparents house. Then Summer School starts on Monday. *headdesk*
I have a lot to do before I leave so ta ta for now!

LOL, I make Chaz do the dishes too. XD
Sounds like you have a busy weekend! :D I hope it’s good…boo about school starting…but maybe you’ll have some fun classes?
Fun classes? HAH, I wish. Six weeks of Algebra, here I come!
Haha, I guess there’s something to be said for working at McDonalds then!
Would you believe I’m STILL AT my very first job (excluding office work for my father)!? That’s probably kind of unusual for someone who’s 20 (Is it? I don’t know!), but I’m rather fond of it, so why leave!? :D
Happy bike shopping! :P
