After waiting patiently for a month now, I finally got a letter in the mail from the Plastic Surgery Center…
Dear Cristina, We have received an approval for your surgery with Dr. Hackert. Please call me to look at scheduling options available. I look forward to speaking with you soon.
Wooo! I’m calling tomorrow to figure things out. I want this surgery done as soon as possible. One thing’s for sure it will definitely catch the eye of whoever weighs me at the next Weight Watchers meeting after the surgery!
I don’t think I’ve mentioned this here yet, but we have a situation that might be causing us (Joshua and myself) to pack our bags and move back home. We already decided awhile ago that we would eventually move back (after Joshua had all of his debts from school paid off), but the opportunity might be coming up within the year. The dealership that Joshua works for is in the process of being sold, and the new owners will have to bring the dealership up to date cosmetically; therefore Joshua and a good chunk of the staff could possibly be laid off for construction. Nothing is for sure and no one is allowed to talk about it, so until something happens we just have to keep things normal.
I told my grandparents about this on Thursday, and my grandma flipped out. She does not want us to move back because for one thing she can’t understand how anyone would want to live anywhere else other than Marin County. She thinks because we have free rent it means life is great. Too bad everything ELSE is beyond expensive. Plus, I’m convinced Joshua, my grandparents, and myself are the only Republicans in this county.
I really want to move back. It would be a little bothersome having to move and whatnot, but I really miss home.

Yay for being approved for surgery! LOL at the thought of the next person to weigh you having a real surprise! :P
Congrats! I know that must be a wonderful feeling! I’m 5′2″ and have a DD bra size. Sometimes I think I’m blessed, because I know people pay for the type of figure I have, but it is more work than most people believe. I can’t stand the back pain, uncomfortable bras, and vulgar comments and stares from men.
I know how you feel about being the only Republican in the county. I feel very lonely in my city. It seems like every car I pass has an Obama ‘08 sticker and no McCain
I’m still a proud Conservative
Wonderful news.
I hope you get a date for the surgery very soon. The sooner it is done, the sooner you’ll be better.
How exciting! You’ll have to let us know how it goes.
I want to get a breast lift sometime in the future ;)
