For 4 years now I’ve been a member of a little online club called The Quilting Bee. As a member you create a patch and a quilt page in which you trade patches with other members. Not only do you get to meet new people and make friends, but you can also partake in little activities every month. I’ve had so much fun being a bee, and as a result I’ve even become part of the QBee Staff; I’m a Worker Bee (I check on a select number of bees each month and report their activity) and part of the Pixel Team where I create patches for the QBee.
If you’re currently not a member, I strongly encourage you to join. Do not let the whole idea of pixelling be intimidating to you. Like I said before, the best part about this club is the people you meet and the friendships you make. If you decide to join, tell them Cristina #176 sent ya!
