Back to school today for what will be my last semester at College of Marin. I only wish that I didn’t have to wait till I’m done with this semester in order to apply to Sac State; however I’m just gonna take more lower division business courses at Folsom Lake College in the fall and then Sac State Spring 2010. Hey, doing the junior college thing for as long as I have has by far saved so much money!

Today was pretty low-key as I only had weight training and Spanish. Weight training was simply orientation so I checked in and worked out a little. Came home, changed clothes, got some laundry going, and headed back over for Spanish. My plan was to park in the free lot across the street all semester, but since everyone else had the same idea I decided it’d be better in the long run to buy a parking permit.

This year CoM finally got a clue and made a separate line just for those of us who are buying parking permits. The last 3 semesters they made us wait in the same line for registration, so naturally I could get through the first disc of Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring Extended Special Edition standing in line to wait. I thought I could snag it before class, but I ended up having to do it afterwards.

Spanish was pretty easy today and the only thing that was unfamiliar to me was the alphabet. There are two girls in my class that were in speech with me last semester so at least I have some friends. In fact, one of them I will be seeing in my calculus class tomorrow!

After I got home, I was feeling pretty low in energy so I went to my nearby Starbucks to get a sweetened green tea. Wandered around the shopping center for a bit and picked up a few things at different stores. Came home and waited till Joshua was off of work so we could go out for some spaghetti!

Now, we’re relaxing this evening and getting ready to watch another exciting week of TV! Hooray!
