Christine recommended three different supplements, which I have recently began trying in addition to my extra 500mg of Vitamin-C, Garlic, Vitamin B-12, and Echinacea (every other week).

In other news, I threw my back out this evening. I’m a little better now, but I still have a lot of pain in my lower back. I only hope I don’t have to call out of work tomorrow.
