Cena’s Nachos

This is a very basic nachos recipe which doesn’t require exact measurements. It’s all based on how much you’d like and what your preferred toppings are. This makes a great snack or meal.

What You’ll Need

  • Large Plate - microwaveable friendly
  • Bag of Tortilla Chips
  • 2-3 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Salsa
  • Sour Cream
  • Can of Sliced Black Olives

First pile as many tortilla chips as you’d like on your plate. Then scoop on enough salsa so at least every chip has some. Next sprinkle your cheese evenly over all the chips. Put your plate in the microwave starting at 45 seconds on high. If it still doesn’t melt the cheese, put it back in at 30 second increments until cheese is melted. After heating, put your desired amount of sour cream, olives, and anything else you’d like. Ta da, easy nachos!
