Turkey Meatloaf
This recipe can be used with ground beef, ground chicken, or ground turkey. Any ground meat is fine, I just prefer to use turkey.
What You’ll Need
- 1 large bowl
- 1 small loaf pan
- 1¼ - 1½lbs of Ground Turkey
- ½ cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of shredded or grated Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon of minced onions
- ¼ cup of BBQ sauce
After you’ve gathered your ingredients, preheat your oven to 400°. Set the BBQ sauce aside and combine all the other ingredients into large bowl. Once thoroughly mixed, put into loaf pan. Take the BBQ sauce and spread it on top of meatloaf mixture. Bake for 45 minutes. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Goes great with mashed potatoes and mixed veggies!
